If you ordered by credit card your order should arrive in 1-2 weeks if sent to the same address.

If you are having the video shipped to a location other than your credit card address your order will arrive in 3-4 weeks.

Rush Delivery Orders are only processed with to an address that is the same for both the credit card and shipping address and  will arrive between 2 - 4 days. Orders are shipped Priority Mail with delivery confirmation

If you are sending a check please be aware that your check must clear before we ship. It may take up to 2 weeks for your check to clear.

You may return the tape for an exchange in case of a defect tape.
You may return the tape for a refund within 10 days after receipt if you are not satisfied. Refund does not include Shipping and Handling.
