1. Can I color my hair piece that is made of 80% modacrylic and 20% PVC fiber?

Unfortunately, a synthetic piece will not take color permanently; however, you can try using colored mousse, such as that made by Roux Fanci Full which is available at Sally Beauty Supply Company stores all over America. To find the nearest Sally store near you, you can visit their website at www.sallybeauty.com , click on the store locator link in the top right hand corner, then enter your zip code. You will not be able to see a dramatic change in the color, but it could add some shine to your hairpiece. Please feel free to ask more questions!

The answer to that question is no.  Only human hair pieces can be colored.
